• Customers have 5 business days (7 calendar days), from date of receipt, to file a claim for a return (including damaged merchandise) or an exchange.
  • Please contact us for an authorization to return or exchange merchandise. All returns may be subject to 20% restocking fees.
  • Merchandise advertised, marked, or otherwise noted as “As-Is” condition is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • If the merchandise is damaged, we will issue a return authorization. When we get the merchandize back, we will issue a credit or send replacements at no cost.

Prior to filing a parts missing claim please verify that all boxes from the shipment have been delivered. Please go through all packing material and open all inner boxes.

For Damaged/Defect Claims:

If boxes are, or appear to be, damaged upon delivery, document (photograph) immediately and file a claim with the carrier.

If damages/defects are found upon opening/assembling, document the damages/defects.

Detailed Description of damages/defects is required. Photographic documentation may be requested.

We will issue a RS Tag/Call Tag for damaged merchandise. Please contact us and we will determine what the best way to handle the claim is.

Merchandise must be packed and returned in original packaging. If products are returned packed improperly, the “Damaged/Defective” claim may be denied. If any additional damage (from what was claimed) arises from return transit, additional fees may be charged.

If no damages/defects are found with product, merchandise will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. If a RS Tag was issued, the return freight will be deducted from the return amount.

Replacement parts/products are sent out UPS ground. If expedited shipping is requested, the difference between the cost of expedited shipping versus ground shipping will be charged to the customer.
