Can Volume or Special Orders be Returned?
- No, there is a no return policy on any volume or special orders. Volume order is anything over 1. No exceptions.
- We recommend you order a sample first. To be sure of what you want.
- All prices are subject to change without notice - please ask for the current price when you make your order.
- 20% Restocking fee on returns (no returns after 2 weeks).
- If there is a damage due to shipping it must be made within 7 days of receipt to the shipper (UPS) so please put together your pieces as soon as you get them.
- We do not tack on any box charges or handling to the freight and we get discounts due to being a volume shipping client.
- What our carriers charge, we charge you.
- We make every attempt to ship same day you make the order. If we can't it will go out the next day.
